The Present Moment

As Humans you will have been lead to beleive by the Ego that the future and the past ore the focus points of where you situate your reality around. Once Awakened the Present Moment will be where you situate your understanding of reality. This does not mean that past and future thinking does not exist any more it just means you will be able to learn to focus on the Present Moment much more acutely. You will have moments when Future and Past thinking take hold and this will be time to learn to return to the Present Moment. The Universe has your back, it will provide everything you need to exist as this is the way of nature. You do not see a bird who does not have everything it needs to exist. And as with the birds and all of nature so will you have everything you need to exist. This may not be the opulent future your Ego creates but it will serve you. When Past and future machinations of the Ego take hold just surrender and take refuge in the Present Moment. It will pass and as you practice surrendering to the Present Moment you will begin to leave past and future thinking behind.
