The Egoic Mind

It is very easy for the lay person to misunderstand the role and expression of the Egoic Mind. It is not Egoic to propose a different view point than another persons. The Egoic Mind is a construct which operates out of a fear based paradigm. It is the origin of most Human conditioning and behaviours before Awakening. Fear is the guiding force of the Egoic Mind and it expresses itself as anxiety and aggression. It can be subtle and gives the impression that it is a protective force but it is quite the opposite. Making you very vulnerable to guilt, shame and all manner of negative feelings and thoughts. The Ego is the origin of Human conditions such as war and poverty and is not conducive to a peaceful, joyous and blissful existance and so has to be soothed by your Higher Power for you to inhabit these God like qualities. By this we do not mean you think you are God we mean that you are humbly going about your business with a right minded attitude to self and other.
