Suicidal Ideation

This is more of a serious subject matter but we think it is important to broach as it is quite common to experience this on your spiritual path and people do not talk about it enough. It is viewed as a weakness in human experience and it is actually a source of great strength. Ideation does not mean you wish to finish your life. It is often a product of the Egoic Mind dieing away or a part of you wishing to die away as you blossom into a new version of youself. It is often a fear inducing situation and this is totally understandable. If you need help with this then by all means reach out to a professional, get feedback from someone who knows what they are talking about. Dont be convinced by this construct of the Egoic mind. It can only serve to attempt to derial your experience. In truth it never will.
