Settling

After Integration of your Higher Power or Higher Self comes a period of Settling. Integration can be quite a challenging period where a lot of conditioning comes to the surface to be soothed by your Higher Self. A period of settling is required to calm your Human health experience and allow your Higher Self to fully manifest. Do not be suprised if you feel like nothing is happening, this is quite normal. As Humans having a Human Expeirnece you will be quite used to the Egoic activity of 'making' things happen and it takes time for this impulse to fade. Take time when settling to enjoy a renewed sense of the Present Moment. You will begin to experience the Present Moment more accutely during this phase. Become accustomed to it.
