You may find on your Awakening Journey that your mental health has periods of difficulty. This is to be expected as the journey itself has times of turmoil especially in the Healing Phase. Although regular mental health care such as self care, meditation and yoga may be enough there is no shame what so ever in seeking out additional mental health support in the form of a therapist or your local mental health team. Do not make the mistake of struggling through these times. The services we've just discribed are part of your Human Experience and can and should be used particularly in a time of crisis. Times of crisis may not happen for you on your journey and whatever happens is completely natural and Divinely Guided. A large part of not reaching out in times of need is the societal conditioning of shame and guilt around mental health and although these experiences can be difficult reaching out and letting go of this conditioning is a brilliant part of your Spiritual development.
