Integration 2

Integration is a messy necessity once awakening has occured. It may take weeks or years to complete. It will include energetic downloads, clearing and some triggering to allow your Higher Power to form a cushion around the Ego. The purpose of this cushioning is to sooth the Ego from its tyranical need to control and direct you in your everyday life through fear based paradigms. The Ego needs to be in control and will use fear to ensure you stay stuck in the paradigm of a lack mentality amongst other ideas. Your Higher Power is based in love, peace and joy but to get to this way of being the Ego must be put in a position of submission or as we like to call it surrender. The Ego will attempt to battle against this and this is why a period of integration is required.
