Integration

Once you have met the Awakening phase of your Ascension you will experience integration. Integration is a period of mild upheaval that can last from weeks to years. Mild upheaval can include Nausea, Headaches, mild anxiety, mild depression. None of these should last for very long. The best way to adjust is to rest and relax. You will also find that your Egoic Mind will go through stages of pushing back against your Higher Power or Higher Self. This is completely normal it has been ruling your everyday life since childhood. So expect some unhelpful thoughts and feelings of panic. Just allow these they will subside as things settle down. Wishart has chosen to have an expedited Awakening and so her Integration will only last a number of weeks. Be patient with yourself. It is easy to think something may have gone wrong. It most definately hasn't. Remember Awakening is a distructive process and takes time to reach its natural conclusion which is peace, love, bliss and joy.
