Cosmic Energy

After Awakening to the Present Moment you will be able to sit with lots of different experiences in a way you would not be able to pre Awakening. One of the new experiences you will have is that of Cosmic Energy or Divine Energy. This is the driving force of your Divine Purpose. It is a very strong energy and will feel a little uncomfortable to start with. Remember you are growing and changing so expect to have some growing pains at this stage, that is quite normal. It is not normal to go straght into a Bliss state. It is something that grows as you develop and become your True Self. Cosmic Energy or Divine Energy will replace a lot of the different feelings and sensations you were experiencing pre Awakening. IT will feel a little overwhelming at first until you settle into it and realise it is a very nurturing energy which is working with and for you. The best thing to do is to go about your daily business as normal and let the energy flow as it wants to.
