Cosmic Energy

Upon Awakening you will experience a short period of rest and then will begin the process of flooding your Human form with Cosmic Energy. This is a cleansing process and will bring any final conditioning to the surface to be released. You will experience this Cosmic Energy as pressure in the mind. It is a very powerful energy and your body and mind are not used to it. It will present itself as headache like symptoms and a little panic may be present because of this sensation. It will clear as the Egoic Mind finally Surrenders to the Higher Self or Higher Power. Rest and relaxation are key at this stage and a small amount of movement which is very good at releasing some of the pressure you feel. No medical intervention is required although your Higher Power will guide you to have paracetomol and any other theraputic medications to hand for use as needed.
