Awakened State or Ego Mind

The difference between Awakened State or Enlightenment and Ego Mind is subtle but profound. In the Egoic unawakened state fear is the drvng force behind all action and reaction. This Fear based paradigm is how the Ego controls our actions and reactions to our own experience. Whilst unawakened this seems absoloutely normal and will tick along as your day to day experience until Awakening happens. Once Awakened the Ego Mind still oporates however it is soothed by the Higher Self until it completely stops its need to control and quietens into a state of Surrender. The Awakened State is somewhat like a dream. You will still be fully in control of your actions and reactions and at the same time you will have the guidance of your Higher Power. This is somehat like a perpetual state of meditation where joy, peace and bliss are prevalent. The Awakened State is more blissful because the Ego has Surrendered to your Higher Power and no longer fills your mind with fear and potential disasterous actions and reactions.
