Ascension Ups & Downs

Ascension is not a linear process and you will experience ups and downs along the path. At points you will experience more peace, love and joy culminating in bliss conciousness. To be able to reach these new levels of ascension you need to have fully experienced all of the less favourable states as well. This may sound like it does not make sense but the Ascension process is perfectly crafted to reflect the wholeness of being. Without low points you could not understand the higher levels of conciousness such as bliss. This is contrast at work and contrast is a Universal Law. Take each day as it comes and attempt to stay detached no matter what your experience is. Detachment is the method by which you will be able to navagate the ups and downs of Ascension. Remember no state is preferable just different from the others. Once you have mastered this you will be free to experience life fully.
